Polar Express

The Polar Express is something that Matt has been very involved with in the past and we wanted to share this with Jackson. We thought he is still too little to really understand what was going on and didn't want him to get scared so we went down to Monticello and jumped on the caboose and rode with the crew. We even had the chance to meet Santa! Jackson was terrified so I am glad we didn't get tickets for the actual train. I think next year we will try to ride the train and get the whole experience.
This was definitely the best picture I got and I took many. Jackson was too interested in looking at the train and watching people. We had a lot of fun being able to experience the Polar Express and Jackson was able to run around the car.
This picture is too cute. They both are smiling but not looking at me!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! We celebrated Thanksgiving with Matt's parents this year. We try to switch each year so we can spend more time with the families but it is hard not to see each of the sets of family.

We don't get too many family pictures of us all smiling so this is definitely a good one! I sure do love my boys!
Jackson saying, "Me, Me, Me, Cheese" It is so cute!
And the attempts of taking a pucture together! I love it when the boys match each other. Maybe me and Baby J can do the same thing, well that is if it is a girl!

We ended up going over to Brooke's house for a bit before heading home. Just long enough for all 3 boys to get tuckered out from a long day! Jackson loves his cousins!

15 Month Appointment

Jackson is still a little peanut but he is is on the go and learning more everyday. He is still wearing mostly 12 months clothes but starting to fit in 18 months and wearing size 4 shoes. He still is up on the charts with a big ole noodle but that is because he is so smart!
He loves puzzles and books. He really like when we read him books, especially Matt. His favorite things to play with right now are blocks, legos, and of course his trucks and trains. He is all boy!
He is also really good at brushing his teeth, which he has all of them except his two year molars. He has a few that aren't in all the way yet but safe to say teething is not something we have to worry about anymore!

Warm weather = finish landscaping!

We had beautiful weather on this Sunday so we decided it was the day to finish our landscaping. Me and Jackson didn't really help, we were probably more in the way but we all had fun We had a rock pile in our driveway since Memorial Day weekend so it was nice to finally have it done for the winter!
I could watch these two all day... They can be so sweet to one another when they want to be. Jackson was trying to be like daddy and help with the rake.
Jackson actually found this rake in the neighbors yard but I didn't figure they would mind, ha ha ha! We put it back when we were done.
I could look at him watch Matt all day....

Baby Jones #2

We had our sonogram on November 13th to find out how Baby J is doing and to find out the gender. During the sonogram the tech was able to see all the internal organs and baby J checked out great. When it came to finding out the gender the little one didn't want to cooperate so the tech let us know she thought it was a girl. She was only about 70% sure so we won't know until I am 30 weeks if it is really a little girl or boy. We are thinking it is a girl but still not sure!
Here is a side by side when I was pregnant with Jackson on the left and Baby J on the right. I remembered what I wore so I did the same outfit to compare. I think I look pretty similar!
Here is the best picture she could get.... I am still yet to get a clear sono picture!

Baby Shower for Aunt Taylor!

We hosted a shower for Taylor over the weekend at Brooke's house and had a great group of friends and family there to share this special day with Taylor. It was fun to have so many of her favorite people in the same place. The afternoon went by too fast and we managed not to take too many pictures.
Here is the pretty mommy to be with her cake!

Showing off our bumps together! Taylor was 34 weeks pregnant and I was 19. We almost look like the same size, ha!~

Saturday Afternoon Park Trip

It was 57 degrees today after Jackson's nap so we took a walk to the park and had a great time. Little man is not afraid of anything and loves to go down the big slides. He really wore me out today.
He has so many teeth! I just love this little face...

Chooo.. Chooo.... he loves this horn on this little train jungle gym
 So smiley!
 Just running around....

Jackson was saying, " Me me me, Cheese" so we took a picture together

I sure do love our weekends together! Tomorrow we are throwing Baby Taylor a shower so I hope to post some more cute pictures.

Halloween

Happy Halloween! What is better than a monkey and two bananas! This costume was so cute and Jackson did an awesome job wearing it. The costume did have little monkey feet but they were really slippery so he didn't have them on for too long so he didn't fall.
Little family picture! Clayton didn't know where his mask was and Sawyer refused to wear his outfit. We did have a really happy monkey for the picture!

Mom gave him this little toy and all of his attention went to this. You can tell he is on the go!
We went back home later and handed out candy for trick-or-treaters! Heyworth is really the place to be, we had so many kids come to the door..

Joanna got Jackson a little cowboy outfit for Halloween. He made a super cute little cowboy...

Just a few of my Favorites

All of a sudden Jackson seems to be getting so big! He is talking more saying momma, dada, ball, me, Bye-By, HI, and trying to say a whole list of other words. We are trying to get him to say Willie, football, and baseball.
This is Jackson blowing kisses, it is super cute and I trying to get him to blow kisses to everyone.
 Selfies to send to Daddy...

Waiting for dinner, Jackson filled up on crackers and did not want to sit and eat with us.
Tried to take a family picture... best one we could get!
This little guy loves his daddy
