My Little Elephant

This little guy loves bath time. We have so much time playing in the bath tub and I love all his towels. Grammie Cyndee and Aunt Taylor got him elephant towels and I can't resist but taking pictures of him after bath time. He are a few of my favorites from the last few weeks!
 Our matching dimples!

Happy St.Patty's Day

Jackson's babysitter Joanna got him this sweet little shirt for St.Patty's Day. I am in love with it and we are saying it is a spring shirt so he can wear it more!

It matches the colors in his nursery perfect!

Spring, Maybe Not....

Last Saturday was beautiful so I loaded Jackson and Willie up in the stroller and went for a run. I love this nicer weather (even if I have to bundle Jackson up) because I get home from work and can get out of the house. After we got home we went outside to sit in the sun on our patio.

Jackson loves my phone and loves to hold it and look at it, he also manages to delete apps so I don't let him hold it too often. We decided to take the opportunity to work on taking selfies and this is what we can up with!

Geez Mom, Stop!

Baby Maverick

Jackson finally got to meet baby Maverick a few weeks ago. These two are about 6 months different in age and I can't wait for them to be best friends. Jackson is pretty little for his age so I couldn't believe how big he was compared to Maverick. Jackson was so sweet and wanted to touch him and was holding his hand!
 This melted my heart!
Just smiling for the camera. Maverick was not too interested...

 Little buddies!
 These sweet baby lips....

7 Months Old

This little man gets more of a personality every day. He is so fun to be around and I love every minute I get to spend with him. He really likes to make noises and he is all about having someone to play with or wants to be hold. He really doesn't let us leave the room so it is hard to get a lot done, but oh well I will just have to play with him. He only takes 1 long nap each day because he doesn't want to miss anything but when he does nap it is usually for at least 2 hours, just enough time to get a few things done around the house.
 Just making noises!
He loves this little book that Aunt Brooke bought him. We finally had to put away his activity mat because he is too big and loves to just pull it down. He thinks it is hilarious!
 Daddy kisses....
He doesn't like his jump-a-roo as much as he used to but if he is really tired he will jump himself to sleep. It is really funny but it works!
He still isn't crawling, but he can scoot and roll. He gets frustrated when he can't reach something so I know it will be any day now that he puts it all together and actually moves forward.
Trying to reach for his ball.
He is eating more solid foods. He loves crackers, graham crackers, avocado, bell peppers, and even pancakes.

First Hair Cut

I got my haircut today and asked Janet to look at Jackson's hair. She made sure I talked to Matt first and then she went for it. He did really good until the end, because he was getting hungry. He was really pretty happy for the whole process and now his little hair looks even better!
Not really sure what to think!

 After a few snips!
Janet doing what she does best! Look at that face....

 And we are done!
 Oh you guys....

Jackson is getting so big!

He is getting so big, He loves to do new things everyday and is really proud of himself when he accomplishes something new. It is pretty adorable. He scooted on his activity mat and pulled it down so he could snuggle with this cow.
He loves these two balls and will do anything to get to them. This is how I think I will get him to crawl.
What Mom, stop taking my picture.... I know I am pretty cute!
Just eating oranges, well sucking on them!

Just a few pictures

What can I say, I take pictures of my little boy all the time. Here are a few I wanted to share.

My boys snuggling. Jackson loves it when Matt is home, and he loves to fall asleep on him.
This coat was one I was with Brooke when she bought it for Sawyer but it never worked with the seasons. I think it is so cute so I put it on him almost everyday.
It took forever when we were at Jackson's doctors appointment so Matt was keeping him busy...

This boy loves his daddy....

Jackson is 6 months old

Aunt Brooke was nice enough to take these great pictures of our little man. He did really good but I think it was because Clayton was really making him smile. He was sitting on Brooke talking to Jackson.

Here are his 6 month stats from his appointment on 2/17/15.
Length- 27"- 66.9%
Weight- 16 lbs 7 oz- 28.9%
Head Circumference- 17.75" 92.7%

He is wearing all 9 month clothes and size 3 diapers. He doesn't like to lay down and play anymore, he just wants to sit up to play. He still loves his jump-a-roo and goes to town whenever we put him in it. He is really getting good at laying on his belly and reaching for things. He can roll to get what he wants and is getting close to crawling, but still needs to put it all together. He is all eyes for Willie and loves when Daddy comes home so he can play. Here are a few of my favorite pictures that Brooke took!
Look at these sweet little faces.....

Matt's hat, I was really wanting Brooke to get some good ones because Jackson loves to play with Matt's hat but today he wasn't too interested.
Jackson loves his cousins.... he thinks Clayton is pretty awesome.

Happy Boy!

I think this one is so cute.....
