4 Years ago Today!

Exactly four years ago today I graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and my little dog Willie was born! I can't believe it has been four years already. Here are a few pictures to commemorate this special day.... Well I am having technical difficulties so here is one picture but I am going to have to do the rest later!!! Look forward to baby pictures and graduation! Ha Ha!!

Wedding Pictures.. FINALLY!!

I just got all my wedding pictures that I ordered and I can't wait to hang them up. The pictures I got are to make into two different collages but I am probably going to wait until we move (whenever that will be) to hang them up so I wanted to share them with everyone. There are so many that I absolutely love and that I think everyone will enjoy. I also got them in all different sizes so the colored pictures will be in one while the black and whites will all be together. Here they are:

The cake. The knife and server are Brooke and Blake's from their wedding so we got the server engraved just like Brooke and Blake did to say thank you and to pass on to Sean and Taylor!

Champaign Half-Marathon

Last Saturday April 30, 2011 I completed my fourth half-marathon in the last two years. It was not my best half by far but I still had fun doing it. I finished a little over 2:30 but was happy with it because my training was anything but stellar! I would like to do another one soon and actually do a personal best for myself which is 2:22 minutes so anyone who would like to take this challenge just let me know?? Brooke you are doing it next year!!

I had all intentions of taking pictures after the race with the trusty Busch Light I brought for everyone but someone didn't feel good, someone wanted to go home, so it was just me and my pal Aaron who partook in drinking a celebretory beer before we took off for home!!It was a really windy day so I am sure the pictures wouldn't have been too good anyway.....

Blogs....

So this is a random post but I was just "blog-stalking" my fellow friend Rhendy and stumbled upon a blog that she follows called, "motherhood, WTF?" I think this blog is brilliant and hilarious!! I like reading something that is funny and true and doesn't only include the "fun stuff" or "positive aspects" of a persons life. I think I am going to follow this lady more often and she made a post of the worst mother's day girfts that everyone should check out! I know no one follows me but to anyone out there..... it is a great blog! Ha!
