Just like Daddy....

Jackson is all eyes for his Daddy! He loves to do everything that Matt does and one of his favorites is to wear his shoes.

He will go back and carry Matt's boots around or get into them and try to walk around. Matt was gone for a few days so I made sure and did not show his these pictures until he got back,

I might need to get one of these framed!

Baby Lettie

We went to Aunt Taylor's for dinner and got to play with Baby Lettie again. Jackson was really into giving her a paci and patting her on the head and saying "Nice Baby."

Taylor got him the little outfit he is wearing and the little beanie is so cute!
Getting excited for his sister to arrive!

My Silly Little Guy!

My skinny boy! I gave him a bath and lubed him up with aquaphor and put these jammies on. They were 18 months and were huge in the pants, so I did what any good mother would do and put a hair tie on the side to make them smaller and let him go play! I put these in a pile in the closet to give away because his little waist is never going to fit in these!
Jackson playing in the kitchen with his trains. I love when he sits and plays quietly even though most of the time he is getting into something he shouldn't be....
First time playing with play dough. It was a hit and he only ate some of it! Ha ha ha!

Basketball Game!

We got invited to go to watch Ridgeview and Heyworth play at Heyworth High School. I thought this sounded like something Jackson would love to do and he did great. The gym was full so we had to sit really close to a few other people but Jackson did great. My friend Stacy gave him a sucker so that kept him busy and her loved watching the boys play!
Daddy was gone so we went home, took a bath, and ended the night with some selfies! It is always fun to do this with Jackson so we can send a few with Matt. He is so silly!

Meeting Lettie Charlotte

We got home from Florida in the early afternoon on the 3rd. We unloaded, let Jackson run around, got laundry started, then were off to meet baby Lettie.

Lettie was born while we were gone so we couldn't wait to meet this sweet little girl. This was the first time it really hit me that soon enough we will have our own little girl to hold and snuggle on!

Jackson was so sweet with her and even gave her a little kiss before we left. I can't wait for all of our babies to be best friends! Lettie and Baby J are going to be besties, I mean Sawyer and Jackson are already hilarious so Clayton is going to have to keep the little ones in line!

 Look at this little face!
Jackson was so excited to meet his cousin! He even look his socks off in excitement!

Our Last Day in Paradise!

I would really consider anywhere away from home and work for a week paradise, but being with my boys makes it even better. This trip was fantastic with the weather, the place we stayed at, and a happy boy!

Since it was our last day I tried to take more pictures at the pool. Jackson loved playing with all of his toys on the edge of the pool and them swimming around with Daddy. I can't wait for this summer to get him in the water and play in the sunshine!

Last naptime! It was so nice being able to do it all on this trip. Well, if I could have had a margarita or a few cold beers that would have been nice but I will take the nice weather over a cold drink!

We heard about a place where there was good food and beautiful sunsets. I can't remember the name of it but we headed there for dinner. It was so good and of course I got fish tacos, Matt got a seafood spread, and little man got fried shrimp. We all definitely have ate good this week!

Jackson is too fast to get a good picture but we tried. I love our nice tan glow we all have. I know I am really dark but even Jackson got a baby tan on this trip.

Live Music! I mean who doesn't love live music.... we literally chased Jackson around after dinner because he was a dancing fool. We could have stayed here all night but just stayed until it was about bedtime for Jackson. Needless to say, he slept like a little rock that night. One of the guys in the band was from the Parrot show from the aquarium we were at a few days earlier. I told Matt I could definitely live the life of the Keys! Then asked, "Can we come back next year?" With two babies we might need reinforcements!
Matt has some videos of Jackson busting a move..... he is so funny!

I need to get these printed and hang them up. This place was beautiful and really the pictures don't even do it justice.
